You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange for your item.

If 7 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

For exchanges or returns of defective/incorrect items, shipping is completely free.

For standard returns based on personal preference (e.g., changed your mind, style preference), a nominal reverse shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund amount.

We offer reliable shipping across most pin codes within India. Our charges and timelines generally break down as follows:

Orders Under ₹999 (Standard Delivery): Delivered within 3 to 7 business days. A nominal flat fee will be calculated and added at checkout.

Orders ₹999 and Above (Free Delivery): Delivered within 3 to 7 business days with FREE shipping.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivered within 4 to 8 business days. An additional COD convenience charge may apply depending on your location.

 

Estimated Transit Times:

Metro Cities: Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days post-dispatch.

Rest of India: Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days depending on regional accessibility and local logistics hubs.

As soon as your parcel is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email or text message containing a unique Tracking ID and a direct link to track your shipment.

 

Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier partner to update the tracking status on their online portal.

 

  1. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Delivery Failures

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address, landmark, pin code, and contact phone number provided at checkout are accurate.

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times and will try to call you.

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or repeated refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee to re-ship the items.

 

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that is visibly torn, open, or severely damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery from the courier executive. Take a quick photograph of the box and contact us immediately.

 

Missing Delivery: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with family members, neighbors, or your building’s security gate before reaching out to us. Missing delivery claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of the stated delivery timestamp.
